With the opening of the new state-of-the-art EDEKA supermarket on the ground floor with a sales area of around 4,116 square meters and a dedicated parking zone, the history of the property as an important local food supply location is now being re-established. As a quick reminder, until the late 1990s, a Kaiser supermarket operated on the plot for many years and was undoubtedly a center of life for the entire neighborhood, until finally coming to disrepair soon after Unification. We are hence incredibly delighted to have such a magificent Edeka shop a spart of the new Franz D&H project.
